Polytechnics undertook an internship and participated in a workshop on the project Erasmus+ at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University (Iran)

From April 12-18 at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University (Iran) staff members of the department “Technical maintenance and auto service” of Volgograd State Technical university – a flagship university (head of the department Zakharov E.A. and assistant professors G.V.Boyko, M.V.Poluektov, A.P. Fedin) undertook an internship and participated in a workshop on the project Erasmus+ №585596-EPP-1-2017-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP «Fostering Internationalisation in AgRicultural Engineering in Iran and Russia» ( «Promotion of the development and internationalization in the sphere of agricultural engineering in Iran and Russia»).
Apart from VSTU stated above project united a variety of Russian and foreign universities: Technical University Ilmenau (Germany), University L’Aquila (Italy), Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovakia), Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University (Iran), Babol technical university (Iran), Astrakhan State University, Stavropol State Agrarian university, Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI), South Ural State University. Its aim is development and implementation of interdisciplinary master degree program “Technical operation of unmanned and mechatronic systems”.
One of the main issues of the last seminar became the organization of “summer school” for university students by all partner-universities in July this year, within the framework of which students will be given an opportunity to dip into the problems of design and operation of transport and technological machines and complexes with mechatronic systems including diagnostic of their technical condition etc.
Apart from the issues of project realization Iranian partners organized for the guests excursions to a number of industrial enterprises and acquainted them with educational and scientific projects of Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University, Babol technical university and University of Tehran.
