VSTU is a winner of the All-Russian Contest of the Young People's Projects among the Universities

The Federal Agency for the Young People's Affairs organized the meeting of the Contest Commission where the winners of the All-Russian Contest of the Young People's Projects among the Universities were selected. The Flagship University joined the rank of the winners and got the grant support in 5 700 000 rubles. This is the biggest grant among Volgograd Universities.
2523 entries from 380 Russian Universities were submitted for participation in the contest. 3 federal experts worked at the evaluation of each contest project. The examination took place in online mode on the platform of automated IT "Russian Youth". The All-Russian Contest of the Young People's Projects among the Universities was evaluated by 161 expert.
The Universities submitted their entries in the following nominations: "Support of the students' self-management", "Support of the youth students' initiatives", Patriotic education and intercultural communications", "Science and innovations", "Voluntary work and social projecting", "Students' sport, tourism: culture, art and creativity", "Professional competences and entrepreneurship", "Students' mass media", "International cooperation", "Students' groups", "Pedagogical groups".
Every project was evaluated in 10 criterions. 1086 projects from 313 Universities won in the contest. The grant fund of the contest in 2018 is 4,5 billion rubles.
